Ok, I watched this. It has the usual problem with USAsians and their desire to turn over a new leaf by becoming 'ambassadors for [their] mitochondria". This is the weird moralizing and hyperbole of everything USA. Just try to look to Africa, folks. Eat closer to nature. Try some raw, crushed garlic in your food.
